22 June 2026. Today Hazelbrook Legal announced the launch of its Litigation, Disputes & International Arbitration practice, led by newly appointed Partner, Josh Jefferies.
This marks a significant milestone in Hazelbrook Legal’s continued growth and reflects increasing client demand for specialist disputes and litigation support as part of the firm’s broader offering.
A senior English-qualified commercial litigation solicitor, Josh brings deep experience advising corporates, financial institutions, investors and high-net-worth individuals on complex disputes and cross-border matters.
He has particular expertise in international arbitration, fraud and asset recovery, insolvency-related matters, shareholder disputes, and urgent injunctive relief. Josh has led matters involving sovereign wealth funds, including multi-jurisdictional disputes, enforcement actions and cross-border asset recovery proceedings. He has also advised on crypto and digital asset disputes as well as multi-jurisdictional arbitration proceedings.
Josh joins Hazelbrook from a leading UK litigation practice where he coordinated international legal teams and worked closely with forensic, investigation and specialist advisers on highly sensitive and strategically significant matters.
